Ordering Your Chairs

New Programs (Year 1)

  1. Review orientation materials at www.rockingchairproject.org.
  2. Obtain approval to participate from the Program Director.
  3. Complete and submit online Application Form.(FORMS)
  4. On approval, the program will receive a grant from RCP to cover the cost of chairs for the first year.

Existing Programs (Year 2 and beyond)

  1. Project the number of chairs you will provide this year, and the total cost.
  2. Using RCP materials and fundraising ideas, raise local funds necessary to support your program.
  3. Once funding is in place, purchase chairs directly as above.
  4. Complete and submit End-of-Year Report (FORMS) to be granted recertification as an RCP site the following year.
